i've been looking for a hors d'oeuvres book to keep for a while and this' one of the best looking ones and one of the two i'm keeping. from light drinks to rich finger food you got a glance at them in this power packed book full of amazed amuses. multi-cuisine versatile doable easily interchangable produces to create new dishes and maybe the most important of all it will still look fresh in 2 years.
