世界是平的《It is not only about IT》

At first I bought this book at O'hare airport (Chicago). The reason for the purchase is the CTI (call center) content. But when I get into it I found the central value about this book is not only IT or CTI but also the way to see the world's development. I like it and thank for all benefits of enriching my thinking. I believe I should read the Chinese version if I have time later.
